I sincerely enjoyed my stay in Atlanta. I first visited Cousin Mike who I haven't seen in FOREVER. Well since the last family funeral, which is usually when my family sees one another. The last funeral we were at, My uncle an a distant female cousin got in a fist fight smh But thats not what this post is about
It was very comfortable staying with them. They were very generous and well cushioned by the income my cousin brought in (tech industry). We had the same diet for the most part and the living arrangements were acceptable. I loved spending time with the children, although his wife was a bit snobbish and unwelcoming--which is why we only stayed 2nights. I wanted to get to know my little cousins better and discuss our lineage more with Cousin Mike and his wife was warming up, but ... it was just time to move on. I live for the thrill of living, not for the comfort you know.
My next stop was Coach Khayr's place. It was definitely interesting to say the least... He liked all his windows and doors open and never locked anything. He had several altars for me to admire and his book collection was quite a pleasure to delight in. I dove into several books and finished them within the 2weeks we stayed in his home. He was very welcoming and was comfortable with us being there in his absences during any trips he took during our stay. It was nice to get some alone time with my partner :) It was through Khayr and while staying with him that I was able to meet a lot of profound individuals and make some good connections. I received my first channeled reading from Arletta Saafir in his home, which will be an experience to take with me for some time to come. He also introduced me to everyone at Tassili's Raw Reality and the IAM Ascension Temple where I later participated as a practitioner in some events and made many more awesome connections.
I do have a confession however.... My partner and I performed our first ritual together at Khayr's place while he was out of town and I borrowed some of his candles... just little tea light candles... but he had a friend there that I disturbed. One of his guards I believe. He was huge and a little set off, but we made our peace. :) Never heard an entity cause enough noise to make you think someone may have broken into the house before... lol One thing is for sure... Khayr has no need to lock his doors.
Our next stop was with a Nuwaupian fam. It was quite refreshing to have a large bed to share with a comfortable mattress... We had grown accustomed to a little twin air bed which had just gave out on us lol So it was right on time. We enjoyed the community in the home as there were several rooms and 3 separate families living there. It was so comfortable we considered staying and paying our share of rent. It felt like home, but I knew I had to continue on my journey and there are so many lessons and experiences I must have before I settle down.
Speaking of that... we need to get a new blow up for the road.
